An innovative AI & Data-driven PropTech unit operating within the US Commercial Real Estate sector.

Following an acquisition by a Fortune 500 real estate corporation, the company functions as an agile technological hub backed by the resources of a global giant with over 100,000 employees.

The Israeli R&D center is located in Tel Aviv (10-minute walk from a train station) and follows a hybrid model with 2 days of work-from-home.

The Role:

Strategic Ownership: Serve as the first and only Automation Lead in Israel, operating as a "one-man show" with full end-to-end responsibility for the testing domain.
AI-Driven Quality: Lead the integration of advanced AI tools (e.g., Testim, Functionize, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) into the development and testing lifecycle.
Infrastructure Building: Architect and build automation infrastructures from scratch, covering UI, API, and Data layers.
Global Collaboration: Work as part of a distributed team across Israel and the UK, reporting directly to a Software Team Lead in England.
Innovation: Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to streamline high-scale PropTech systems.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Test Automation (primarily with Python) – Mandatory.
AI Integration: Hands-on experience using AI-based testing tools or LLMs to develop and optimize automation – Mandatory.
Web Expertise: Deep understanding of Web-based systems and architectures – Mandatory.
High-level English: Ability to communicate fluently and report to global management – Mandatory.
Education: B.Sc. in a technological field or Economics – Mandatory.
Domain Experience: Background in Fintech or PropTech companies – Significant advantage.
Mindset: Highly proactive, hands-on professional who thrives with autonomy and ownership.
