Chief Financial Officer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team during a pivotal phase of global expansion. Based out of our facility in the Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, you will be the architect of our financial future, bridging the gap between high-level fundraising and the operational complexities of a scaling hardware-software hybrid business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Drive the financial strategy to support rapid scaling of integrated products (Hardware + SaaS components).
• Optimize capital structure and manage burn rates to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
• Lead financial reporting Board & investors, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision making.

Operational Excellence & Systems

• Architect and lead the comprehensive deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to unify manufacturing, inventory, and software revenue recognition.
• Establish robust business scale operations, including supply chain finance and international tax structuring.
• Maintain tight budget planning and controls to assure the company is successful in meeting its short-term and long-term goals.
• Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

The Ideal Profile

• Hybrid Product Expertise: Proven experience in a CFO or VP Finance role within a startup that manages both physical hardware production (manufacturing/inventory) and software/SaaS revenue models.
• Fundraising Track Record: Direct experience leading successful mid-to-late stage funding rounds (ideally Series B or later) with institutional VCs.
• Scaling Architect: A history of successfully implementing Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, SAP Business One) in a scaling environment.
• Regional Commitment: Ability to work on-site at the Bar-Lev Industrial Park, contributing to the growth of the Galilee’s high-tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA in Finance from a leading institution.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in the technology sector.
• Exceptional English and Hebrew communication skills.
• Strong 'Consultative' leadership style—balancing financial rigor with a supportive, problem-solving approach for department heads.
