A high-growth cybersecurity startup in the Identity Security space, building an innovative LLM-based Multi-Agent system. The platform utilizes AI Agents to autonomously manage organizational identity workflows and security events using natural language processing.

The company is led by a serial entrepreneur with three successful past exits and is backed by top-tier VCs

Located in Tel Aviv (near the train station), the team of 45 operates fully from the office to maintain high-intensity R&D.

The Role:

Core AI Development: Join the AI team to design and implement the system's logic and monitoring frameworks.
Agentic Systems: Build and optimize multi-agent networks that handle complex security workflows and real-time event resolution.
Full-Stack AI: Work across the entire AI lifecycle, from data pipelines to deploying generative models in production.
Cutting-Edge Implementation: Utilize advanced RAG techniques, Context Engineering, and Vector databases to enhance agent performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or AI Engineer.
Expertise in Python development – Mandatory.
Proven hands-on experience with LLMs – Mandatory.
Deep Learning Frameworks: Strong familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ecosystems.
Cloud Infrastructure: Solid background in AWS, GCP, or Azure – Significant advantage.
Production Focus: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines in an AI context.
Problem Solver: Ability to work on high-stakes security products within a fast-paced environment.
