We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Analytical Researcher to join our dynamic R&D unit. This role is central to our analytical operations, requiring a chemist who combines a strong theoretical foundation in organic/analytical chemistry with the practical ability to solve complex biological puzzles. The ideal candidate treats chromatography as a scientific tool for discovery, not just a routine measurement.

Responsibilities:

Design, write, and review comprehensive study procedures, protocols, and analytical plans.
Execute analytical plans using HPLC, LC-MS, and GC-MS platforms.
Develop and optimize advanced strategies for processing complex biological samples (including cellular and plant-based matrices).
Process, interpret, and present raw data to management, providing the insights necessary for strategic decision-making.
Prepare detailed technical reports documenting bioanalytical procedures, validations, and results.

Requirements:

M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Biochemistry
Experience in the pharma, biotech, or CDMO industries - an advantage
Strong experience in advanced method development using HPLC and LC-MS
Experience with GC-MS for volatile and semi-volatile analysis – an advantage
Strong ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and work effectively in cross-functional teams while meeting tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience in laboratory work, including biological sample extraction and preparation.
