The role

Nebius is looking for an execution-focused Project Manager to join the Cyber Security organization, reporting directly to the Head of PMO under the CISO

.
This role is focused on driving delivery of cross-functional cyber security projects across cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong ability to move initiatives forward and ensure completio

• utionDrive end-to-end execution of multiple cross-functional cyber security projects, ensuring consistent progress and timely deli
• very.Translate high-level objectives into clear plans, tasks, timelines, and delivera
• bles.Track day-to-day progress, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolu
• tion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with security and business priori

ties.Stakeholder Coordin

• ationWork closely with Security, IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execu
• tion.Facilitate ongoing communication, including status updates, meetings, and follow
• -ups.Support preparation of executive-level reporting and dashboards for the CISO and senior leader

ship.Risk & Process Su

• pportIdentify execution risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and work with stakeholders to mitigate
• them.Support prioritization efforts based on risk, business impact, and delivery constra
• ints.Help improve project tracking, governance, and PMO proce

We expect you to

• have:
  3–5 years of hands-on experience in project mana
• gement.Experience managing technology-focused or cross-functional pr
• ojects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best pra
• ctices.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar s
• ystems.Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery
• models.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and E
• nglish.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prio
• rities.Strong technological orientation with the ability to understand systems, architectures, and wor

kflows.
