We’re a small, fast-moving team growing quickly, and we’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager / Paid User Acquisition Lead to own paid acquisition across global markets, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Our offices are located in Be’er Sheva, Gav Yam Hi-Tech Park, with some work-from-home flexibility.
About the Role:
You’ll manage and scale our paid user acquisition channels, improve campaign performance, and build a fast creative testing engine.
This role is for someone who understands performance marketing deeply, moves fast, uses AI tools to create and test ad creatives, and knows how to turn data into better ROAS, CAC, and growth.
You’ll have real ownership, the freedom to test bold ideas, and the opportunity to directly help skyrocket the company and product.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Own campaign strategy, budget allocation, bidding, tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Build a rapid creative testing process across hooks, messages, visuals, landing pages, and short-form video ads.
- Use AI tools to create ad concepts, copy, scripts, visuals, voiceovers, avatars, and UGC-style video creatives.
- Analyze performance to understand what works, what doesn’t, and why - then turn insights into new tests.
- Improve key metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, payback period, and user quality.
- Scale campaigns across multiple countries, audiences, languages, and user segments.
- Test new channels such as X Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads.
- Work closely with the team to improve the full acquisition funnel.
What We're Looking For:
- English is a must.
- Strong hands-on experience managing budgets and paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for a B2C product, consumer app, subscription business, marketplace, telecom, fintech, travel, or global consumer brand.
- Deep understanding of performance creatives, including hooks, angles, UGC-style videos, short-form video, static ads, and landing pages.
- Experience using AI creative tools to produce and test ads quickly, including UGC-style creatives.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, cohorts, funnels, and dashboards.
- Ability to move fast, prioritize well, and translate performance data into better campaigns and creatives.
- Strong experience creating creatives (video + static) for performance marketing
- Strong visual taste and understanding of what drives attention and conversion
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent English communication skills for ad copy, creative scripts, reporting, and collaboration.
- Experience with X Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Search Ads, international markets, or multilingual campaigns is a PLUS.
