Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage end-to-end sales processes through phone interactions with warm leads only.

The role is fully computer-based, utilizing CRM systems and advanced communication tools. It requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales processes with warm leads via phone communication
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain high-quality customer interactions and service standards
  • Work with CRM systems and digital tools to manage and track activity
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Previous sales experience – mandatory (phone sales is a strong advantage)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and computerized environments – strong advantage
  • Experience working in a dynamic digital environment (Office tools, mailing systems, etc.)
