About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the company’s technology direction and execution.

This role combines technical leadership with active development, working closely with a small remote team. You will play a key role in shaping the product’s technological roadmap, making critical decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This is a highly impactful role with strong growth potential toward senior leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s technology strategy and execution
• Act as the main technical decision-maker, identifying challenges and defining solutions
• Manage and mentor a small remote development team (2 engineers)
• Stay highly hands-on (70%+ coding and technical work)
• Own day-to-day technical operations and task management
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings, providing visibility into progress, risks, and priorities
• Manage technology budgets, resources, and cost optimization
• Build and maintain quarterly forecasts for technology investments and expenses

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead
• Strong hands-on development experience (must)
• Proven ability to lead technical decision-making and architecture
• Experience working with remote teams
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
