Ready to take the next big step in your Quality career? BMT Diagnostics (a global Medical Device/IVD company) is looking for a sharp, hands-on QA Specialist to join our core team and eventually take over as our QA Manager!
Currently, our QMS is overseen by our CTO, Dr. Idan Tamir. You will work directly under his mentorship, taking ownership of day-to-day quality operations as we transition to the new EU IVDR standards.
What you’ll do:
Drive daily QMS operations in strict compliance with ISO 13485:2016 & IVDR.
Review and approve Device History Records (DHRs) for final batch release.
Manage CAPAs, Non-Conformances (NCRs), and Document Control (ECOs).
Execute internal audits and prep the company for external Notified Body audits.
What you need:
B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on QA experience in Medical Devices or IVD.
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 (IVDR and ISO 14971 are a big plus!).
Fluent English & Hebrew; experience with Priority ERP is an advantage.
Independent, highly organized, and ready for leadership responsibilities.
