What you're applying for

We're looking for a Head of Engineering for Oasis, Mixtiles' newest venture into the smart lighting world. Ideal for a tech visionary passionate about IoT, ready to shape our direction from the ground up. In this key role, you'll work closely with the Oasis GM and our management team, navigating the intricacies of integrating software, hardware, and firmware to craft user experiences that seem effortlessly magical. Your expertise will not only define the technical backbone of Oasis but also lay the groundwork for its success in homes nationwide. In this role you'll be pivotal in shaping the future of smart lighting

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead the Charge Across All Technical Frontiers: You'll be the guiding force behind every technical aspect of our new product, from frontend and backend development to hardware and firmware, ensuring everything works together seamlessly.
• Build and Mentor the Dream Team: Define the roles, hire the talent, and oversee the development team dedicated to Oasis. You'll cultivate a group of innovators ready to disrupt the smart lighting scene.
• Strategize and Execute with Precision: Own the technical vision and execution, making strategic decisions that will pave the way for Oasis' success.
• Innovate and Explore: Lead the charge in research and development, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in smart lighting to map out the future product roadmap.

• Exceptional track record of excellence (e.g., ex-8200 / academic distinctions / upwards career trajectory)
