Project Budget Manager / PMO
A leading technology company in its field is seeking a Project Budget Manager / PMO.
📍 Location: Ness Ziona
💼 Position type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for project standardization within the Market Development (MD) team and improving MD project success rates.
- Developing methodologies and providing hands-on management of specific MarCom projects.
- Managing and coordinating new product launches, including:
- Full ownership of timelines, control processes, and approval workflows
- Receiving quotations and working with external vendors
- Distribution of digital and printed deliverables
- Marketing and communication materials:
- Acting as the main interface between segment teams and agencies
- Receiving quotations, defining briefs, and managing review and approval processes
- Managing schedules and removing roadblocks (cyber approvals, marketing approvals)
- Managing outsourced video content, web applications, and design work
- Managing customer sample projects: working with segment teams to define business briefs and map target customers.
- Managing budgets for the projects under responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a large organization or an advertising agency.
- Natural leadership skills – ability to motivate and lead teams without direct authority.
- Strong hands-on, execution-oriented approach – ability to make things happen.
- High level of English.
