Project Budget Manager / PMO

A leading technology company in its field is seeking a Project Budget Manager / PMO.

📍 Location: Ness Ziona

💼 Position type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for project standardization within the Market Development (MD) team and improving MD project success rates.
• Developing methodologies and providing hands-on management of specific MarCom projects.
• Managing and coordinating new product launches, including:
• Full ownership of timelines, control processes, and approval workflows
• Receiving quotations and working with external vendors
• Distribution of digital and printed deliverables
• Marketing and communication materials:
• Acting as the main interface between segment teams and agencies
• Receiving quotations, defining briefs, and managing review and approval processes
• Managing schedules and removing roadblocks (cyber approvals, marketing approvals)
• Managing outsourced video content, web applications, and design work
• Managing customer sample projects: working with segment teams to define business briefs and map target customers.
• Managing budgets for the projects under responsibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a large organization or an advertising agency.
• Natural leadership skills – ability to motivate and lead teams without direct authority.
• Strong hands-on, execution-oriented approach – ability to make things happen.
• High level of English.
