This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Engineer located in Herzliya. The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics. The role involves developing ETL processes, managing large datasets, building data integration systems, and ensuring data quality and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives is crucial, as is staying updated on leading data technologies to enhance implementation processes.

• Experience with data pipeline tools, ETL processes, and working with large-scale datasets
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and major data engineering frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop)
• Strong knowledge in data modeling, database design, and schema best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms for data engineering (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and platforms
• Understanding of data privacy and security standards, especially in the payments industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with the financial or payments industry is advantageous
