We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Billing Analyst to take ownership of our end-to-end billing operations. This is a critical role in maintaining trust and ensuring financial accuracy for our clients' cloud journeys.

Beyond standard processing, you will be responsible for staying ahead of ever-evolving AWS billing and cost logic to generate insights that enhance our internal business processes. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to orchestrate a clock-work billing cycle, ultimately translating complex usage data into a seamless, accurate, and transparent invoicing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the Billing Lifecycle: Own and manage the billing process from usage ingestion to final invoice issuance, ensuring a reliable, "clock-work" monthly cycle.
• Pricing Logic Validation: Define and validate client pricing data within our platforms, ensuring complex commercial terms are accurately modeled and reflected.
• Generate Strategic Insights: Monitor billing data to identify trends or inconsistencies, providing actionable insights to leadership to improve financial accuracy and business efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to identify opportunities for automation and the integration of new AI tools into our billing workflow.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with customers to address complex billing inquiries, providing the clarity and technical detail needed to maintain high levels of trust.
• Process Optimization: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to internal workflows to scale our operations as our client base grows.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Analytical Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis and cost analysis, with a proven ability to handle large, granular datasets.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills with a strong focus on data modeling and complex conditional logic.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and optimize manual processes into scalable, automated workflows.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal), with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines with an obsession for precision and a "can-do" attitude.
