Project Manager – PMO
A leading defense company in the central region is looking for a Project Manager – PMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and task dependencies.
- Tracking project status and reporting deviations to management.
- Monitoring the project budget (labor and procurement) and comparing it to the original plan.
- Planning and managing resources in accordance with project requirements.
- Working with PPM tools (such as MS Project, ADO, ServiceNow) for task management, tracking, and ongoing reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Preparing progress reports and reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinating across all project disciplines – bridging between different departments and ensuring full alignment among all involved parties.
- Readiness for change management and implementation: supporting trainings, managing resistance, and ensuring stakeholders’ preparedness for new ways of working.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with SAP systems – mandatory.
- Previous experience as a PMO / Project Coordinator – an advantage.
- Previous experience working with vendors and external stakeholders – an advantage.
