A highly successful and profitable global high-tech company specializing in the maritime and shipping industry.

The company develops a comprehensive, AI-driven Cloud ERP platform designed to manage the entire operational lifecycle of shipping fleets, optimizing productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency through Big Data.

The company is currently undergoing a significant technological transformation, migrating to a next-generation system. Located in Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train), they offer a highly flexible hybrid model (up to 4 days work-from-home).

The Role-

Report directly to the VP R&D as part of an elite Architecture team.
Balance strategic system design with 30-40% Hands-on development.
Lead the architectural vision for a large-scale, data-intensive Cloud platform.
Drive the transition to a modern, next-gen system, ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with R&D teams to solve complex technical challenges in a Big Data and AI environment.

Requirements-

3 years of experience as a Software/System Architect.
10 years of experience in Backend development.
Deep, hands-on expertise in Node.js.
Extensive experience working with various Database architectures and data management.
Proven track record in designing complex, high-scale distributed systems.
Experience leading technological migrations or building next-generation platforms from scratch.
Ability to work effectively in a global environment with high-level stakeholders.
