Role Description

As a Co-Founder at Flutty, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company, product, and technology vision. This is a hands-on technical leadership position for someone who wants to build a category-defining AI product from the ground up.

You will work closely on product architecture, development strategy, technical execution, and scaling the platform while helping define long-term business direction. The role also includes collaborating on product decisions, growth initiatives, and future team building.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack development experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Ability to build and ship products independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution ability
• Experience working on personal projects or startups
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments

Nice To Have

• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or autonomous systems
• Background in developer tools, SaaS platforms, or app development
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable architectures
• Previous startup or founding experience
