The Role-

  • Report to the Group Manager and lead a team of 3 specialized Agent Developers.
  • Drive the development of high-performance systems with a deep focus on C/C++ and Rust.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the precise impact of every line of code on the product and the target environment.
  • Lead tasks involving OS Internals, memory management, and network infrastructure.
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle, from low-level research to production-grade deployment.

Requirements-

  • One year of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Significant experience in C, C++, or Rust development.
  • Proven background in OS Internals or Kernel-level development.
  • Strong experience developing for Windows or Linux environments.
  • Deep understanding of networking infrastructure and memory management.
  • Ability to lead a team through complex research and development cycles.
  • Strong sense of mission and the ability to operate in a high-security environment.
