Head of Artificial Intelligence

Wanted: Head of AI for a Performance Marketing and Ad-Tech company in Ramat Gan. This is a very rewarding full-time and hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will spearhead the overarching AI strategy for a highly dynamic, fast-paced hub of ad-tech solutions, enjoying the freedom to experiment and move fast.

Job Responsibilities:

● Define, lead, and execute the comprehensive AI strategy across all company activities to create a strong technical advantage.

● Design, build, and deploy hands-on AI tools and smart automations to optimize internal media buying platforms, reporting, and complex workflows.

● Collaborate closely with product managers and diverse business units (programmatic, search arbitrage, mobile, eCommerce) to scale operations using data-driven models.

● Continuously scout, rapidly test, and integrate the newest AI technologies to drive immediate performance improvements and streamline decision-making.

Job Requirements:

● Proven hands-on experience and deep technical expertise with modern AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., Claude) and code-based AI development platforms.

● Solid background and deep understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem, including programmatic landscapes (DSPs, SSPs), Google Ad Manager, and paid social platforms.

● Demonstrated success in a technical leadership position, with a track record of driving R&D or advanced AI initiatives from conception to practical execution.

● A strong ownership mindset with a lean, pragmatic approach to engineering capable of delivering rapid, results-focused solutions in a fast-moving environment.
