About the role:
At Compie Technologies, we are looking for a JAVA Team Lead to spearhead a flagship project.
This is a unique opportunity to take end-to-end Ownership of a full development squad (Frontend, Backend, and Mobile), balancing code writing and architecture with direct client management.
If you are a technological leader who thrives on driving processes, solving complex bottlenecks, and serving as the Technical Face in front of business stakeholders - your place is with us.
Job Requirements:
- 3+/- years of experience in leading development teams or significant hands-on technical leadership - Must.
- Deep experience in development with Java Spring Boot and Mobile - Must.
- Proven ability in client management: leading meetings, presenting status updates, managing expectations, and influencing at a high level.
- Experience in Web & Mobile architecture, integrations, and working in Cloud environments.
- Proven experience working in Agile methodology and leading sprints in a dynamic environment.
