A profitable, data-driven high-tech company The company has developed cutting-edge AI technology that enables real-time user targeting through the analysis of tens of terabytes of data daily.
Based in Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train). With a team of 75 employees and a flexible hybrid model (2 days WFH).
The Role-
- Take full ownership of complex ML challenges at the core of a high-frequency DSP (Demand-Side Platform).
- Solve real-world problems including bidding optimization, conversion prediction, pLTV (Predicted Lifetime Value), and auction dynamics.
- Work in a high-stakes Real-time environment where models must operate under strict latency and throughput constraints.
- Lead End-to-End ML projects: from problem definition and research to feature engineering, model calibration, production deployment, and A/B testing.
Tech Stack-
- Languages & Libraries: Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: SQL, Spark, Airflow.
- Core ML: Supervised Learning (Classification & Regression), Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization, Model Evaluation.
- Scale: Processing tens of Terabytes (TB) per day, high-concurrency auctions.
Requirements-
- 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a production-oriented environment.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning using Python and standard libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Proven experience working with High-Scale data and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Statistical Models and data-driven decision-making.
- B.Sc. or higher in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics) from a leading university.
- Experience in AdTech, Fintech, or low-latency real-time systems is a significant advantage.
- A proactive approach with the ability to bridge the gap between complex research and business impact.
