Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist

What will you do?

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for core roles (Digital, Product, and Tech).
• Creative Sourcing: Proactively hunt for top-tier talent using advanced sourcing methodologies (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.).
• Employer Branding: Craft creative, marketing-oriented job ads and build a compelling digital presence for the company.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment data, identify funnel bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve Conversion Rates and Time-to-Hire.
• AI & Automation Implementation: Implement AI tools and automations to enhance the candidate experience and streamline daily workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Digital/Marketing/Tech roles (Experience from a High-Tech company or Agency – a significant advantage).
• Marketing Soul: High-level marketing writing skills (Hebrew and English) and the ability to "sell the dream" to passive candidates.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), sourcing tools, and ATS platforms. Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier/Make) – a major plus.
• Analytical Mind: Understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to derive data-driven insights.
• High ROI Mindset: Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact, not just urgency.
