Role Description

Full-time M&A and Tax Insurance Specialist role in Tel Aviv, Israel. The specialist will support the analysis, structuring, and placement of M&A and Tax Liability insurance policies. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, reviewing financial and legal due diligence, advising clients on coverage solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including legal and finance experts. This role demands precision, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of insurance products and the M&A landscape.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of M&A and tax-related transaction aspects
• Experience reviewing acquisition agreements and supporting DD processes
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
