Job Description:

• Manage and oversee planning and execution processes for construction projects, including new building development, complex structural adaptations, and more.
• Full responsibility for preparing programs, cost estimates, technical specifications, and managing large-scale budgets.
• Prepare budgets for required works and conduct ongoing financial tracking.
• Oversee project timelines, budget frameworks, and alignment with program requirements.
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise changes and additions during project execution.
• Oversee project handover upon completion, including commissioning and warranty periods.
• Coordinate and centralize the work of planners, contractors, and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support and backup to department staff.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Reports to: Head of New Construction Department.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Civil or Structural Engineer.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in coordinating, supervising, and managing construction and renovation projects.
• Experience in negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS PROJECT, and systems such as “Dekel”, “Binary”, or “Integrated Database”.
