We are seeking an experienced Operations Research Analyst to lead analytical and decision-support initiatives across strategic and core organizational domains, including technology, operations, intelligence, and additional multidisciplinary fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations research projects to support strategic decision-making processes across the organization.
- Take part in establishing and shaping a new organizational discipline to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Contribute to the design of annual work plans and multi-year strategic programs, including high-impact, resource-intensive, and risk-sensitive projects with organization-wide influence.
- Conduct research using a variety of methodologies and analytical approaches, including quantitative model analysis, simulation development, problem-structuring frameworks, and qualitative (“soft”) analysis methods.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in operations research, performance measurement, or organizational methods and process improvement roles.
- An academic degree.
- Successful completion of a professional assessment process is required for appointment.
- Military or intelligence community experience in operations research — an advantage.
- Strong systems thinking, high analytical capabilities, fast learning ability, and adaptability to new domains and complex environments.
