About the Role

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to serve as the front-end technical interface for high-performance thermal module development programs. This role ensures that module specifications and requirements from the design team are accurately implemented and coordinated across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical interface for thermal and mechanical module specifications.
  • Manage design changes (ECO) and document problem reports for prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with internal thermal design and manufacturing teams.
  • Provide feedback on prototypes, thermal validation, and performance optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-regional technical communication (English + basic Chinese).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in thermal or mechanical design for electronic modules or high-performance computing products.
  • Fluent in English; able to communicate in basic Chinese.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
