Microsoft Infrastructure Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Infrastructure Expert to join our Professional Services department. In this role, you will work directly with business clients, leading end-to-end projects from the initial planning phase to full implementation.

• Lead and execute complex IT infrastructure projects for diverse business clients.
• Plan and perform large-scale mail migrations to Microsoft 365.
• Configure and manage hybrid environments using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Implement security hardening and advanced configurations within the M365 environment.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and RDS server farms.
• Draft technical procedures, HLD/LLD documents, and project summaries.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading Microsoft infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Deep knowledge of Conditional Access Policies and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Strong understanding of M365 Licensing models and features.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory and RDS environments.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle complex technical escalations.
• High service awareness and excellent client-facing communication skills.

• Experience in setting up and upgrading Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange infrastructures.
• Proven track record of building and upgrading RDS farms.
• Experience working in an IT Integration company – a significant advantage.
