Role Description

WideOps is seeking a Training Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Haifa office. This role involves organizing, coordinating, and supporting training programs to ensure optimal customer learning experiences while achieving targeted customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and manage trainings, workshops, and courses (on-site and online)
• Handle participant registration, attendance, and follow-up
• Take care of logistics: classrooms, equipment, catering, vendors
• Support instructors and participants for smooth sessions
• Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support
• Track customer metrics, SLAs, and improve processes
• Maintain CRM and operational systems

• Super organized, detail-oriented, multitasking
• Excellent communication service mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
