Senior QA Engineer 239309

Senior QA Engineer role in a high tech manufacturing environment focused on semiconductor production and advanced process technologies.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve quality systems including procedures control plans FMEA and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with internal processes customer requirements and ISO standards

Lead SPC and CPK monitoring and drive process performance improvements based on data analysis

Identify trends escalate risks and maintain data integrity across quality systems

Lead root cause analysis using 8D 5 Whys and similar methodologies and implement corrective and preventive actions

Support reliability activities and NPI processes including validation and qualification stages

Act as focal point for customer quality topics including audits escalations and issue resolution

Work with cross functional engineering teams to ensure consistent quality standards

Requirements

BSc in Engineering or related field

At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor or high tech manufacturing

Strong knowledge of SPC CPK FMEA control plans and quality methodologies

Experience with RCA tools such as 8D 5 Whys Fishbone

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data driven processes

Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
