What you'll actually be doing

  • Keeping projects and marketing tasks organized and moving
  • Coordinating between vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Maintaining trackers, documents, and status updates
  • Making sure deadlines are met (and flagging early when they're not)
  • Handling correspondence and following up on open items
  • Supporting campaign production and marketing materials

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years in a similar role — operations, marketing support, or executive assistance
  • Seriously organized. Like, color-coded-spreadsheet organized
  • Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple things at once
  • Good communicator, easy to work with
  • Background or genuine interest in marketing is a plus
