Warehouse & Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to join our team for a maternity leave replacement position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate delivery notes and customer invoices.
• Manage customer orders, service calls, and service contracts.
• Coordinate delivery schedules directly with customers, including follow-ups and status updates.
• Process supplier invoices in the ERP system and verify matching against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Upload invoices to customer portals according to company and client requirements.
• Scan and archive signed documents in the computerized system while maintaining organized digital records.

Requirements:

• Experience working with ERP systems – Priority experience is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
