**Director of AI & Knowledge Management**

We are one of Israel's leading and fastest-growing law firms — consistently ranked among the top 20 firms nationally, with a track record of innovation and a culture that redefines how legal work gets done. We are now looking for a Director of AI & Knowledge Management to join our leadership team.

**The Role**

This is a senior, strategic position responsible for leading the firm's organizational knowledge management and AI integration. You will own the infrastructure that makes our legal expertise accessible, consistent, and scalable — while driving the adoption of advanced technologies that enhance how our lawyers work.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the firm's knowledge management strategy and maintain a centralized, organized, and up-to-date knowledge base

- Evaluate, select, and implement AI and legal-tech tools across the firm

- Drive cross-organizational process improvement in collaboration with department heads

- Develop work templates and structured tools for legal task execution

- Build and lead training and adoption programs firm-wide

- Define workflows, conduct quality controls, and manage risk in AI usage

- Report to firm leadership on usage, efficiency, and organizational value

**Requirements**

- Proven experience leading technology projects, system implementation, or digital transformation

- Experience with AI tools and organizational knowledge management

- Prior experience in a law firm or Legal-Tech environment — a strong advantage

- High proficiency in Microsoft 365

- Fluent Hebrew and English

- Degree in Law, Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems; a combination of legal and tech backgrounds is a plus
