Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated R&D and Cloud Services Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Petah Tikva. This role involves leading services and development initiatives, driving innovation in cloud security solutions, and overseeing a high-performing team. You will manage projects, lead teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing and executing R&D strategies, managing cloud service operations, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Research and Development (R&D) with a focus on delivering innovative solutions in cloud services to our customers
• Strong Research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop impactful strategies
• Exceptional Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
• Project Management expertise and the ability to manage workflows, resources, and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with cloud security solutions and hands-on experience with public cloud services technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in working with top cloud solution providers such as Microsoft, F5, or Palo Alto is highly advantageous
