• Review and evaluate AI-generated Hebrew and English content for accuracy, clarity, linguistic quality, and reasoning consistency
• Create high-quality bilingual prompts, explanations, and reference responses to improve AI language understanding and multilingual performance
• Identify translation issues, terminology inconsistencies, localization errors, reasoning gaps, and unclear explanations across Hebrew and English content
• Compare and rank AI-generated responses based on correctness, fluency, contextual relevance, cultural nuance, and adherence to task guidelines
• Fact-check information and validate claims using reliable sources while maintaining high editorial and linguistic standards
• Apply localization principles, terminology management, style guide adherence, and bilingual QA processes across different domains and content types
• Support AI model improvement through structured evaluation workflows, annotation tasks, documentation, and quality assurance reviews
• Ensure linguistic consistency across formal and informal Hebrew registers while maintaining contextual accuracy in English-language tasks
  
  

• Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Native or near-native Hebrew proficiency with strong English communication skills (C1 or above) for bilingual evaluation and multilingual content review
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, linguistic review, content evaluation, or related language-focused roles
• Strong understanding of localization standards, terminology management, cultural nuance, and bilingual quality assurance workflows
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply detailed rubrics and identify subtle linguistic or reasoning-related errors
• Strong fact-checking abilities and experience validating claims, terminology, and multilingual content accuracy across different domains
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous contractor environment with consistent communication and documentation practices
• Prior experience with AI training, annotation, localization QA, or evaluation of AI-generated multilingual content strongly preferred
