Financial Director

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Director of Finance (VP) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Reporting: Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls under CFO direction.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise critical financial processes, including payroll, option grants, and equity management.
• Technical Excellence: Research and apply complex tax and accounting concepts to ensure full compliance and optimization.
• External Management: Lead and coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and valuation teams.
• Revenue & Subsidiary Management: Oversee revenue cycle reporting for various clients and their global subsidiaries.
• Full-Cycle Finance: Ensure seamless financial operations, including banking relationships, vendor management, payments, and customer billing.

Requirements:

• Seniority: 10+ years of proven experience as a Senior Controller or Director of Finance.
• Background: Experience in the High-Tech / Startup ecosystem – Significant Advantage.
• Industry: Expertise in the SaaS / Software sector – Significant Advantage.
• Professional Foundation: Big 4 Accounting firm background with a focus on High-Tech clients – Advantage.
• Certification: CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – Must.
• Standards: Strong familiarity with US GAAP – Advantage.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage an accounting team.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
