SAP Finance Project Manager (24877)

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance projects in a complex enterprise environment
• Analyze business needs and define suitable technological solutions
• Manage and lead implementation, integration, and deployment processes of financial systems
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and management
• Manage schedules, scope, risks, and coordination between multiple teams simultaneously
• Ensure solution quality and alignment with business and technological requirements
• Promote automation processes and AI capabilities to improve efficiency, control, and accuracy in financial processes
• Lead stable, scalable, and reliable solutions in integrated ERP environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or another relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in systems analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition
• Experience writing functional and technical specification documents
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including SAP FI (configuration, data migration, and integrations)
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Familiarity with SaaS / Cloud systems and modern data architectures
• Experience leading projects in an enterprise financial environment
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-organizational processes
• Strong system-wide perspective and ability to drive both business and technological processes
