Tamam, part of the Missile Systems Division, is seeking an Electro-Optical Sensor Physicist to join our team.
This role includes:
- Developing and improving processes in the optical sensor production line.
- Designing and leading complex experiments across multiple physics domains.
- Performing theoretical analyses and supporting the development of physical models.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, algorithm, and manufacturing teams.
- Using advanced simulation tools for optimization and process control.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics, with specialization in Electro-Optics, Plasma Physics, or Quantum Optics – required.
- Strong theoretical background with practical hands-on experience – required.
- At least 3 years of industrial experience – required.
- Proven experience leading experiments and improving processes – required.
- Proficiency in MATLAB simulations – required.
- Knowledge of algorithms – significant advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary communication skills.
