 M&A and Tax Insurance Specialist

We are looking for a Lawyer or CPA with approximately 2 years of relevant experience to join us.

The ideal candidate will have initial experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including the ability to review acquisition agreements and support transactional processes, along with a solid understanding of tax-related aspects of corporate transactions.

This role is suited for a bright, detail-oriented professional at the early stages of their career, who is eager to develop in a dynamic and professional environment. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and a very high level of English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage bespoke M&A / Tax Insurance placement and underwriting processes

·        Review acquisition agreements and related transaction documents

·        Assist with due diligence reviews and transaction analysis

·        Identify and assess legal, financial, and tax-related issues

·        Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external advisors

Requirements:

·        Qualified Lawyer or CPA

·        Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience

·        Familiarity with M&A transactions and transaction documentation

·        Excellent analytical and drafting skills

·        Ability to work in a high-paced environment, while remaining organized and orderly

·        Very high level of English, both written and verbal

·        Excellent independent and OJT learning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience gained at a law firm, accounting firm, or professional advisory environment
• Knowledge of tax matters relevant to corporate and acquisition transactions
• Exposure to cross-functional transactional work
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
