A leading international retail company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its group finance team.
This role plays a key part in group financial control, with responsibility for analyzing and validating the performance of subsidiaries in Israel and abroad, while supporting strategic and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate financial reporting from subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Review, challenge, and validate financial results and underlying assumptions
- Analyze business performance and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Work according to group standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and management teams in Israel and internationally
- Perform cost-benefit and production cost analyses
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
This position is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical thinking and a solid business mindset, who is not only capable of analyzing data — but also of questioning assumptions and driving insights that influence decision-making.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance (MBA – advantage)
- 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in retail or wholesale environments
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities (Power BI / Power Query – advantage)
- High level of English
- Strong business judgment and understanding of value drivers
- Assertive communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Curiosity and experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and analysis
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and strong independent work capability
