Job Description:

For a large-scale organizational transformation program, we are looking for a QA Team Manager to lead the testing domain in a strategic and complex project based on SAP S/4HANA and additional core systems.

The role includes both professional and managerial leadership of a QA team, driving testing methodologies, overseeing end-to-end quality assurance processes, managing testing activities in large-scale integrative projects, and working closely with a wide range of business and technological stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in the QA field – mandatory
• At least 4 years of experience managing a QA team of approximately 5 testers – mandatory
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA systems, with a focus on the following modules:
• EWM
• TM
• SD
• P2P
• PTM
• FI
• – mandatory
• Proven experience managing testing activities in complex, cross-organizational projects – mandatory
