Head Of Data & AI

Phoenix Investment House is looking for a Head of Data & AI to lead our technological strategy and professional excellence in the data domain. This is a pivotal role, sitting at the intersection of high-level strategy and cutting-edge execution.

What You’ll Do:

-Direct management of multi-disciplinary technical teams (Data Engineering, BI, and AI/ML).

-Design and implement modern data architectures on AWS/Azure to support organizational growth.

- Develop real-time ETL/ELT processes and robust MLOps (CI/CD for models) infrastructures.

- Implement Data Governance, data quality standards, and AI ethics across the organization.

- Collaborate with C-Level executives to define business Use Cases and

prioritize our strategic roadmap.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience: 5+ years in Data / BI / Data Engineering (A must).

Leadership: Proven experience managing technical teams (A must).

Tech Stack: Deep hands-on experience with AI/ML, Cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and tools like Snowflake, Tableau, DBT, or BigQuery.

Vision: Ability to lead Data Governance processes within a large-scale organization.
