VP of Operations & Supply Chain

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP of Operations & Supply Chain to join our executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the company’s operational backbone, orchestrating a seamless integration between global procurement, complex supply chain logistics, and scalable business operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic architect who can optimize efficiency today while building the infrastructure for tomorrow’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive operations and supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business objectives.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle, from global sourcing and strategic procurement to inventory management and international logistics.
• Operational Excellence: Continuous improvement of internal processes using data-driven methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage strategic relationships with global suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to synchronize supply with market demand and financial targets.
• Team Development: Mentor and scale a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations and supply chain management, preferably within [Industry - e.g., High-Tech/Manufacturing].
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex global supply chains and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational roadmaps.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong expertise in data analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting related to supply chain performance.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
