TAL Aviation, a worldwide leader in representing airlines and tourism companies (GSA), is looking for a professional Reservation & Ticketing Agent to join our team at our Ramat Gan offices in Israel

What will the role include?

• Managing individual and group passenger reservations and ticketing support on the airlines reservation system

• Providing professional service and support to travel agents and company clients via phone and email

• Monitoring payment deadlines, issuing invoices, and preparing monthly sales reports for airlines

• Implementation of airline and GSA booking, changes, and cancellation procedures  

• Ongoing communication with various departments at the headquarters of international airlines abroad

• Following the airline performance and submitting reports

What are we looking for?

• Experience working for Airlines/GSA in reservation and ticketing for at least two years

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre and/or Amadeus)

• Full command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong command of Hebrew and English - written and spoken (German an advantage)

• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and high service orientation

• Team player with high interpersonal and communication skills

• Full-time position

• Based at our offices in Ramat Gan
