This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in the worlds of recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition, and would like to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment systems
Requirements:
- Active student status
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good English skills
