Our Team, Your Impact

Teva Corporate FP&A is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A member to act as a business partner to one of the business units. This role will play a key part in planning and forecasting processes, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and a collaborative mindset

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Acting as a strong business partner to one of the BU's and providing clear guidance and consultation on financial matters
• Constantly building your business acumen with all relevant partners also outside the finance organization (such as Commercial, Operations, R&D and IT)
• Leverage IBP systems to challenge markets trends and assumptions
• Leverage AI capabilities into FP&A work routines such as planning, consolidation review, variance analysis, narrative creation and to reduce manual efforts
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making at the senior management and Board of Directors level
• Be part of ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinking
• Work closely with our GBS team and manage their relevant deliverables
• Support KPIs definition and measurements to track the performance of Teva's BU's
• Support implementation of new systems across Teva's business units
• Support several initiatives and ad hoc requests by management
• Operating in a complex, challenging environment where new solutions need to be created
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in financial fields is required, with at least 2 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organization or pharmaceutical environment
• Proven experience in managing projects of cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
• A strong understanding of corporate finance daily work and routines
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage pressure/deadlines and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with track record of collaboration and influence
• Self learner with independent solving problem approach who constantly seek for ways to improve
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Company/Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial preferred
• MS Excel and Power-Point Skills – must
• Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior level both internally and externally
