Role Description

Madrich Positions Available!

Yeshivat Migdal HaTorah located in Modi'in is seeking madrichim for the upcoming 2026-27/5787 academic year.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has learned in a Yeshiva and would like to continue to be in a Torah-learning environment while gaining work experience/ taking college courses and developing leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Someone at least 2 years out of high school
• Someone looking to learn in our Beit Midrash
• Someone who can develop positive and trusting relationships with the students
• Someone who is responsible and accountable
• Someone who is a role model to students for living a Torah life in the modern world.

Responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring attendance
• Organizing student led responsibilities, such as toranut
• Sharing Torah with the yeshiva as a whole
• Helping with Logistics
• Relaying apartment rules and expectations
• Available in emergency situations
• Social coaching for a specific students (additional compensation for the right candidate)
• Using Slack to communicate with staff
