The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own acquisition across paid media, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with creative, tech, product, and analytics teams to drive scalable customer growth across channels.
This is not a siloed PPC role. It’s a strategic, high-impact position with real influence over growth strategy, messaging, testing frameworks, team structure, and execution. You’ll work in fast feedback loops with creative and brand teams to launch bold ideas quickly — and optimize even faster.
Responsibilities
Lead Paid Growth Strategy Across Core & Emerging Channels
- Own the full-funnel acquisition roadmap across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms such as TikTok and AppLovin
- Define budget allocation, ROAS targets, and testing strategies based on CAC and LTV performance
- Translate performance insights into clear decisions across creative, messaging, and channel mix
Drive Performance Through Data, Testing & Experimentation
- Build and scale a testing engine across audiences, formats, offers, landing pages, and creative angles
- Partner closely with analysts to build dashboards, identify trends, and extract actionable insights
- Influence landing page and CRO strategy in collaboration with product and site teams
Own Google Performance Hands-On
- Personally manage Google campaigns end-to-end, including structure, scaling, retargeting, creative rotation, and budget pacing
- Scale large monthly budgets while maintaining strong efficiency and ROAS performance
Use AI & Automation to Scale Smarter
- Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, copywriting, research, and workflow optimization
- Improve execution speed and operational efficiency through automation and performance tooling
Lead & Develop a Lean Performance Team
- Manage a cross-functional team, including performance marketers and an influencer marketing lead
- Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and coaching processes across paid activity
- Collaborate closely with brand, creative, tech, and product teams to ensure alignment and fast execution
Requirements:
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of experience in fast-paced performance marketing environments
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with high monthly budgets
- Experience managing small performance teams and working cross-functionally
- Strong analytical capabilities (GA4, attribution, post-purchase analysis, etc.)
- Ability to translate performance data into creative strategy and actionable insights
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
- High-level English proficiency, written and spoken
Bonus Points
- Experience scaling across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, or other emerging platforms
- Background in D2C lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry brands
- Familiarity with UGC, influencer seeding, and whitelisting strategies
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-iteration environments
