User Experience Designer

We’re Hiring: UX Designer!

Our team is expanding! We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for one of our leading clients in the Insurance & Finance sector.

If you thrive on solving complex digital challenges, love turning data into seamless user experiences, and want to work on large-scale systems, this is for you!

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end UX processes, from research and strategy to final hand-off.
• Create high-fidelity user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Write clear, high-level UX characterization documents.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to drive data-based decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and UI teams.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in UX design for digital products or complex systems.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into your workflow.
• Strong presentation skills, you know how to lead discussions with business stakeholders.
• A team player with high interpersonal skills, patience, and openness to feedback.

Major Plus:

• Experience with complex financial or enterprise-grade systems.
