Chief Technology Officer

We’re building comprehensive health solutions that combine medical services and health insurance, with a strong emphasis on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management. Our platform empowers members to manage their health through video consultations, prescriptions, lab referrals, and real-time tracking, all from a single app. 

About the role 

To support our ambition to become the leading AI-driven healthcare platform in the country, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer. This is an opportunity to fundamentally reimagine how healthcare is delivered, ensuring technology is the primary driver of our competitive advantage and innovation. As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be the senior technology voice in the company. You will own the technology vision and strategy, balancing long-term innovation with the immediate needs of a rapidly scaling business.  

What you’ll do 

• Define Antidote’s long-term technology vision and strategic direction, aligned with the company and business goals 
• Identify and leverage emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends to create meaningful business impact 
• Partner with business, operations, and product leadership to proactively identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, scalability, and buy vs. build decisions 
• Guide major technology decisions, including evaluation of third-party tools, platforms, and vendors 
• Serve as a senior technology voice in executive discussions and support external-facing conversations with partners, customers, and investors 
• Provide strategic guidance on technology-related risks and standards, including security, compliance, scalability, and reliability in a regulated HealthTech environment 

What we’re looking for 

• 12+ years of experience in Software Development and Architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable and robust systems. 
• Proven experience defining and leading technology strategy that has had a direct and measurable impact on business growth and differentiation in a scaling product company 
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate business needs into technological strategy 
• Experience with buy vs. build decision-making and vendor/platform evaluation 
• Broad understanding of modern cloud architectures, data-driven products, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities 
• Hands-on experience evaluating, adopting, and scaling AI-driven solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency 
• Experience working in complex, regulated industries (HealthTech / FinTech / InsurTech) is strongly preferred. 
• Excellent communication and influence skills at the executive level  
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at a high level of abstraction
