EMEA Renewals Sales Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Renewal Sales Operations Manager to lead strategic optimization and disciplined sales operations across multiple renewal motions. This role combines analytical thinking, commercial insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do:

• Lead renewal sales optimization initiatives

• Improve renewal conversion, productivity, and on-time renewal execution

• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with regional sales leadership

• Own EMEA renewal operating cadence, including MBRs, QBRs, and AOP

• Govern pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, ARR visibility, and renewal dashboards

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in renewal sales operations, sales optimization, or revenue operations

• Experience in enterprise technology or cybersecurity

• Proven ability to lead improvement projects

• Strong analytical and business acumen

• Experience working with Salesforce, Excel, BI tools, and large datasets

• Python experience – advantage
