We are looking for an experienced RF System Engineer to lead and support the communication domain across our airborne platforms. This role combines system-level thinking with deep technical understanding of RF communication systems, integration, troubleshooting, and operational support. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams including RF, hardware, software, integration, flight operations, and customers — helping ensure our systems perform flawlessly from lab to flight.

What you’ll do

• Lead system-level integration and validation of RF communication systems on UAV platforms
• Define, analyze, and validate communication system architectures and interfaces
• Support integration of radio communication systems on airborne platforms
• Support integration of radio communication systems on airborne platforms
• Develop and review test plans, validation procedures, and technical documentation
• Support customers and internal teams with technical expertise and problem solving

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering / System Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in system engineering, RF systems, or multidisciplinary communication systems
• Strong understanding of RF communication principles and RF system behavior
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and system integration
• Experience troubleshooting complex multidisciplinary systems
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High-level technical English (reading, writing, and communication)

Nice to have

• Experience with UAVs, airborne systems, or defense systems
• Familiarity with RF components such as transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, filters, and antennas
• Experience with embedded systems and communication protocols
• Background in operational field support and flight testing
• Experience working directly with customers and technical partners
